Location was spot on, just a short walk from the beach, and the pool area was relaxing! Breakfast was exceptional, with tasty options that made mornings enjoyable!
Some staff members lacked courtesy, especially at check-in, and room cleanliness varied as we discovered cockroaches one night. Also encountered daily noise disturbance!

We really enjoyed the modern decor and the central location made exploring Cartagena easy. The nearby Bodeguita Dock was a great spot for some family adventures. Plus, our two dogs felt right at home during our stay.
My kids wished for better shower pressure.
